11 Quotes to stop anxiety rule your mind

Rule your mind!

Don’t let anxiety cloud your mind, judgment, and health. It’s time to say “Bye” to all the negative thoughts and worry. Say Hello to these amazing quotes to brighten up your day.

Last few weeks were immensely stressful and demanding for me. So on top of all the analysis, research and, to-do lists, anxiety found its way to take over. Anxiety makes it very difficult to face the curve balls life throw. It clouds your decision-making skills and stops you from taking action. It’s perfectly normal till you don’t get stuck in the vicious cycle and find a way to deal with it. Life is unpredictable and things will not always turn out to be as planned. But the good news is that we can deal with our uneasy and anxious mind. Deal it with some meditation, good music, and positive affirmations. You need to acknowledge it, take a break and speak about it.

“Sharing is caring!”

Sharing is a two-way process, you share your material things, emotions, and thoughts. In return, you get love, kindness, and gratitude. It’s like good karma going around!

Sharing is caring!

Here are some reminders to rejuvenate, soothe and calm the anxious mind.

“A day of worrying is more exhausting than a week of work.”- John Lubbock

“Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and focus on what could go right.”

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” – Dan Millman

Don't let your thoughts control you. Time to say bye to anxiety!

“Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but it doesn’t get you anywhere.”- English proverb

“If you obsess over whether you are making the right decision, you are basically assuming that the universe will reward you for one thing and punish you for another. The universe has no fixed agenda. Once you make any decision, it works around that decision. There is no right or wrong, only a series of possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience.”- Deepak Chopra

“Nothing in the universe can stop you from letting go and starting over.”- Guy Finley

“Rule your mind or it will rule you.”- Buddha

“Nothing is permanent in this wicked world—not even our troubles.”- Charlie Chaplin

Nothing is permanent in this world. Not even your anxiety!

” If you gathered up all the fearful thoughts that exist in the mind of the average person, looked at them objectively, and tried to decide just how much good they provided that person, you would see that not some but all fearful thoughts are useless. They do no good. Zero. They interfere with dreams, hopes, desire, and progress.”- Richard Carlson

“You forgive yourself for every failure because you are trying to do the right thing. God knows that and you know it. Nobody else may know it.”- Maya Angelou

“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.”- Tao Te Ching
