Last few weeks were immensely stressful and demanding for me. So on top of all the analysis, research and, to-do lists, anxiety found its way to take over. Anxiety makes it very difficult to face the curve balls life throw. It clouds your decision-making skills and stops you from taking action. It’s perfectly normal till you don’t get stuck in the vicious cycle and find a way to deal with it. Life is unpredictable and things will not always turn out to be as planned. But the good news is that we can deal with our uneasy and anxious mind. Deal it with some meditation, good music, and positive affirmations. You need to acknowledge it, take a break and speak about it.
