The third time, fourth time, fifth time and every time since, my heart has fallen.” I am obsessed with Makeup Revolution Blush Palette – Sugar and Spice. It is indeed a beauty lovers dream. This my very first Makeup Revolution purchase and I must admit that it didn’t let down my expectation.
What it is?
Makeup Revolution Blush Palette- sugar and spice is a palette that contains 8 blush colors with a mix of pink and earthy shades along with 2 shimmer powders.
What I liked?
If you are a beginner, then this palette is a holy grail as it gives you a good variety of colors that you can try. I loved the buttery texture of the blush which is very easy in application. It blends out beautifully and effortlessly. Color pay-off was also good, it didn’t move for good 7-8 hours. It will look good on any skin-tone. Oh boy! Did I forget to talk about two baked shimmer blushes. They are just beautiful!
You can’t beat this highly pigmented palette because of its price. I am yet to find a good drugstore blush palette. Please let me know if you know any.
What I didn’t like?
I didn’t like the plastic packaging of the palette. Apart from that first two colors in the palette are not as good as others.
Final Verdict!
For the price I paid for this palette, I am quite impressed with the purchase. It has some incredibly good shades of blush that will look good on medium to dark skin tone. This blush stays put for 7-8 hours and I can comfortably say that it is as good as Tarte’s Amazonian Clay 12 hour’s blush.
