I wasn’t happy for a while after we moved to a new state, but I realized it’s all in my mind and my perception. Once I learned to just be happy where we are, and not let my outside circumstances rule over me, I’ve been much happier.

I was listening to a podcast last night and they were talking about the huge difference that meditation and mindfulness make in their lives. It made me really want to work on doing so again in my own life.
